  Working with Allegra was an exceptional experience from beginning to end, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate professional who genuinely cares about her clients.<br><br>We were purchasing in a very competitive seller's market, and our first few offers were not accepted. Throughout what could easily have become a frustrating process, Allegra remained patient, considerate, professional, and encouraging. She never made us feel rushed or pressured, and her quiet confidence that the right home would eventually be ours helped us remain optimistic. She was right!<br><br>What impressed us most, however, was the level of personal care she showed beyond the transaction itself. During our final walkthrough, our cat somehow managed to hide himself in an otherwise completely empty house. We were frantic trying to find him, and Allegra was every bit as concerned as we were.   Allegra was the perfect person from the very beginning. She listened so well to all of the details wants & needs and came up with the perfect home. Though the first offer didn't happen - we knew the right house would come and she was there every step of the way for my clients!   Allegra has been a joy to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. A family friend referred us to her and we quickly saw why. As first time home buyers, we had a million questions throughout the entire process and she never made us feel like any of them were silly questions and we appreciated that!   Allegra is extremely patient and is able to walk homeowners, who posses absolutely no knowledge about the legalities of selling, through the selling process! Her greatest strength, for me, was her understanding that I was selling my home, not a house! She helped when no other realtor would have!
