  I literally live around the corner, been calling this office for days over the span of a month....nobody ever answers their phones, impossible to setup an appointment and I thought this Dr having my last name D'Andrea was a good sign smh I was wrong

  I am so lucky to have found Dr. Shin as my primary care physician. She is incredibly professional and creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes each visit comfortable. Her caring and kind demeanor, combined with a genuine empathy, sets her apart. She's non-judgmental, yet extremely knowledgeable and not only intellectually intelligent but most importantly emotionally intelligent, her logical approach to problem-solving makes me feel confident in her care and there are not many people that I have found to be truly trustworthy from the largest to the smallest needs, she embodies trust and to me is truly a rare find. Anyone would be lucky to have Dr. Shin as their primary care physician.

  I do not recommend this doctor at all. I've been a patient in the office for many years and I wasn't able to see my Primary doctor. The office scheduled me with this doctor and I felt mistreated in very unhelpful matter. I felt she was very unprofessional and simply sent me away without a diagnosis and providing the different prescription for ultrasound for my pain. I had to go to another doctor to get another prescription where my pain was occurring. This experience was terrible and created unnecessary steps for my diagnose.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Shin for over a year now and I am impressed with the level of care and attention provided by. She is always thorough in her examination and takes the time to explain all of my options. She makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Her bedside manner is excellent and I appreciate her willingness to work with me to find the best solution for my problem. I found her reachable and responsive to my questions. I like their system that allows me to track my visits, test results, and etc easily on the web. The office is conveniently located, with plenty of parking. I highly recommend Dr. Shin.
