Very unprofessional and non-responsive to emails and calls after an issue with my coverage. I was initially referred to them and trusted that they would be a "partner" in servicing me properly. As the issue escalated, I spoke to Ken (owner), who stated he needed my appraisal to resolve an unwarranted increase. I provided all as requested and again was placed in a cycle of unresponsive calls and emails. I extended the utmost patience to no avail.
