  Came to akoi nails for years and was first serviced by David and then Rachel. Recently in may I got my nails done and a pedicure to which I left with all of my toes crooked and horribly painted. I didnt really care because the person that serviced me was an older woman so i tipped and went about my day. 3 days into my manicure, they all chipped and stones all fell off my nails. I reached out to rachel to kindly request if she could fit me in to just reglue the little stones and was given only hostility. It's never a good feeling to be treated as disposable. She now refuses to service me for no reason. If you want a nail salon that will give you a service and not care of the outcome or how they treat their clients then akoi is the right place for you. 190$ plus 35$ in tips down the drain. This is so disappointing<br><br>Update with photos since they want to lie about me being inappropriate and not showing up to multiple attempts by them to fix my nails.   My daughter and I visited Akoi on June 26, 2026, to get our nails done. It's only been five days, and the gems are falling off already and our nails chipping off. I reached out to them on Instagram and informed them that we could come on Wednesday morning. However, unforeseen circumstances prevented me from making it this morning. We stopped by at 4 p.m. and were informed that they could only fix one person nail today and would need us to return tomorrow. Unfortunately, I won't be able to return tomorrow because the nails should not be chipping five days after getting them done.

We invited you to come in on Wednesday morning and also sent you a message asking what time you would be arriving so we could reserve enough time for both you and your daughter. Unfortunately, we never received a response from you.

  Akoi Nails is a true family business. Owned by Kevin and his wife Rachel, his mother Judy, and his brother David. They are all so friendly. The prices are fair and it is always kept clean and tidy. Rachel does an amazing job. And so does Carmen! I look forward to my monthly visit for my fill in and pedi.
