  Total Care is truly exceptional. They managed the home I grew up in, and because of the incredible care and peace of mind they provided my parents for all those years, choosing them to help manage my own home was a no-brainer. Fred is absolutely invaluable - he treats the property like his own and is always incredibly proactive and responsive. Mary Ann is very organized and ensures nothing slips through the cracks. It is rare to find a business with this level of longevity, consistency, and dedication.

  Fred has been our property manager from the beginning with this house for nearly a decade. He is important especially as we are part-time residents. Fred is trustworthy, kind and friendly, He treats our home with the same care & consideration as if it were his own.

  Total Care of CT is the real deal. They're not just a repair service -- they're like having a property manager for your home. They stay on top of all the maintenance, handle the things I'd completely forget about, and step in for me when I can't be there. Between work, family, kids' sports, and travel, that kind of coverage is invaluable.<br><br>What sets them apart is how responsive they are. If an issue comes up, they jump on it and get it handled immediately -- no chasing, no waiting around.<br><br>Honestly, I wasn't even planning to hire them. They had been working for the previous owner of our home, and during the inspection a leak was found. Before we even left the house, they had someone there fixing it. That told me everything I needed to know about how they operate.<br><br>They are trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely proactive.   Fred Whipple at Total Home Property Management has been fantastic. The company handles all home maintenance needs, which makes ownership so much easier and less stressful. Everything is coordinated, completed properly and communicated clearly.<br><br>Highly recommend if you want dependable, full-service property management in the Ridgefield area.
