  I had to leave a a review because I had the best care and treatment for my root canal with Dr. MARIYA ROZENBLUM, DDS and her staff. The office is very clean and the wait time was minimal. I would recommend

  I could not have had a better experience getting a root canal. I read all of the reviews and found it a little bit ridiculous that most of her one star reviews had to do with phone calls to reception and communication in general. If you cannot get through, just leave a message. The review should be about the work and the practice itself. Dr. Rosenblum was polite, friendly, and professional. She had me in and out in about one hour and explained the procedure throughout and made me feel incredibly comfortable. The equipment is state of the art and as I am writing this review, I am pain-free one day later!!! I get it, everyone's mouth is different and you may go through a little bit more pain, or not, but I can tell you with 100% confidence this is one of the best Doctors if you need a root canal, period, end of discussion. I will Go back to Dr. Rosenblum for any future root canal and will take my family and refer my friends for theirs.

  Wow, I will never come back here ever again in my life. I'm glad that I just read the review from Nicole.<br><br>I was asked to come back after having two X-rays done on two separate days so they could re-run everything through my insurance for another root canal. That alone was frustrating, but what really sealed it for me was the endodontist's lack of bedside manner. She was extremely dismissive and judgmental.<br><br>I'm fully aware that I have dental issues -- it's not because I don't care or haven't been seeing a dentist. The way she looked at me and questioned me about my oral health made me feel ashamed and judged, as if I didn't care about myself at all. I've already been dealing with a lot personally, and the last thing I needed was to feel belittled in a medical setting.<br><br>Between the poor communication, repeated issues, and lack of empathy, I simply don't have the time or energy to continue dealing with this office.   I don't usually leave reviews, but this place refused to see me when I have a dental emergency due to the fact that I was there 7 months ago and they referred me somewhere else before even doing anything to see if it would work out there. The dentist and staff must not be highly trained to care for patients with gag reflex and know what to do to support them. They just refer you out. Now I'm left with a very bad emergency and no where to go.
