  New immigrants looking for apartment/house? Fret not, Michael Tiago is our guy in securing our own apartment even without a credit score. We have inquired so many apartment leases, realtors, majority are always asking for credit score, but only Michael made all the transaction possible in our situation, sealed the deal swiftly and tailored to our liking. He is very passionate of his work, friendly and goes beyond the box to ensure client satisfaction. Five star is not enough to rate how immensely thankful we are for his help in securing our very first apartment.   Mike is an awesome realtor who helped my husband and I through the process of purchasing our first home while expecting a baby. He is knowledgeable, communicative and went above and beyond! We were looking for houses in Bergen County while living in NYC. Mike would preview listings with pictures and videos when we couldn't make it to viewings. When we could make it, he came along as we attended multiple open houses on the weekends. He was knowledgeable about the area and neighborhoods. Mike also had references for brokers, lawyers, inspectors and insurance personnel. While we weren't required to work with the references, as a first time home buyer they came in very handy. We settled into a beautiful home in June and welcomed a baby girl in September.
