  I've had such a great experience working with Dino over the last few weeks/months and have seen many positive changes in my body/movement. Would strongly recommend him if you or anyone you know has been struggling with chronic pain or needs help recovering from an injury.<br><br>After trying traditional physical therapy and visiting various other doctors/specialists over the last year, I have only finally been able to make true progress on my recovery and get some relief through working with Dino, and am highly recommending him to my own friends and family. He's also helped me tackle other smaller pains/issues in other parts of my body at the same time.<br><br>Some advantages from my personal experience include:<br>- Convenience of in-home care (he brings PT table and all necessary equipment with him)<br>- Comprehensive evaluation of physical condition and injury history before giving any recommendations or beginning treatment<br>- 1-on-1 care and attention for entire duration of sessi

  My wife and I are clients of Meadowlands Physical Therapy and Dr. Dino since 2012. I have not found a more knowledgeable, professial who has the inherent skill-set to diagnose and develop an individualized treatment for a specific injury.<br><br>Dino has treated me for auto accident related injuries as well as for recovery from spinal breaks and major spinal surgery with implanted rods over 4 spinal discs.<br><br>He is a board certified Ph D and Fellow in dry needling and electrical stimulation. That treatment and his physiological knowledge of skeletal neuromuscular system has been instrumental in the healing and recovery from my spinal surgery as well as stimulating the health of my knee and mitigating the need for surgery on my 78 year-old knee. Incidentally. I am able to walk 3-5 miles a day 3-4 times a week.<br><br>Lastly, Dino is a personal physical therapist and please don't think "boutique therapy": If you have the space, and as he does with my wife and I, Meafowlands Physical

  I recently had an outstanding experience with physical therapy for my shoulder, where dry needling was used as part of the treatment. Dino was skilled and attentive, explaining how the technique would target my tight muscles and alleviate pain. The dry needling itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable, with immediate relief in my shoulder's stiffness afterward. Combined with the tailored exercises, it significantly improved my mobility and reduced discomfort in just a few sessions.   Working with Dino on the myriad problems I presented was the best decision I made in working with him as a PT after many failed attempts by others . He was absolutely focused on my needs, worked diligently to improve my physical being and did it all in an enthusiastic approach.

  I've been treating with Dino Mavropoulos off and on for many years, following breaks and surgeries. He is quite simply the best. I'd give him ten stars out of five, if they'd show!<br>Recently, he added a PhD to his title, so he has even more skills! And he's friendly. Now he offers the added convenience of coming to my home, so a session takes much less of my time and costs me no more. (He even takes Medicare.) Did I mention he's The Best? I trust him totally. You will, too.
