  I had an excellent experience working with this title company for the closing of my new home. The team was professional, organized, responsive, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process.<br><br>They kept everything moving smoothly, communicated clearly, and were always helpful whenever I had questions. Even with several moving pieces leading up to closing, the process was handled efficiently and professionally, which made such an important milestone much less stressful for me.<br><br>Everything came together successfully on closing day, and I'm very grateful for their help in making the final step of purchasing my new home such a smooth experience.<br><br>I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional title company.   I didn't choose my title agency--I just went with the one that was recommended to me. I ended up working with them multiple times throughout my closing transaction, and I was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. Even months after closing, they've continued to answer all my questions and address any concerns promptly. They keep all the files and documents well-organized, so I always get quick responses. Based on my experience, I'll definitely continue to use their services in the future. Highly recommend!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with North Bergen Title during my recent property purchase has been profoundly frustrating and is still ongoing. If you're a prospective buyer, I strongly advise you to consider other options.<br><br>The most significant issue revolves around their gross mishandling of my insurance premiums. Initially, they sent the payment with someone else's private information - a serious privacy breach. When my policy was subsequently cancelled due to non-payment, their first response was to suggest I sort it out myself. They eventually claimed to have fixed it, assuring me the payment was made and everything was fine. This was far from the truth. My policy was cancelled a second time because North Bergen Title's bank reversed the payment. Both times, I had to proactively discover these critical issues, which left me without essential insurance coverage. This problem remains not fully resolved as it's in the process of being reinstated.<br><br>Beyo
