Pam was there for me and my wife every step of the way! She met with us and told us the steps of selling our home and looking for a new one. Well, we found a dream home first instead of listing and asked Pam what to do......she did not hesitate and went straight into action. She would alert us on what to expect as the process moved along. She would take our "nervous" calls and calm us down any time of day. And if it was a quiet period where we were just waiting for next steps to happen, she would check in and see how we were. This is someone who treats you like a friend and gains your trust by keeping your best interest at the heart of things. My wife and I are very happy with our new home, but if we ever decide to buy/sell again.....I would call Pam first without hesitation!

I give Pam my highest and most sincere recommendation. My property ended up being listed almost 6 months later than we had hoped and she was patient and understanding the entire time. She helped me navigate pricing so we could list during a market that was not so great for sellers. True to her word: we went with her pricing suggestion and I had an offer after the first open house. I cannot thank her enough. Professional, knowledgable, and always available for questions. Would recommend her without hesitation.

I cannot express how much Pam has helped us by going above and beyond through the entire process. She walked us through step by step of purchasing our first home. Pam was super informative, took her time to explain everything in detail. I felt very taken care of, her dedication from beginning to closing. She was always a text or call away all the times. Highly recommend her, great service .
