    I would strongly advise against using this company for a wedding or major event.<br><br>We booked and confirmed a specific bar setup months in advance. Then, as I was literally heading to my first look on my wedding day, the company called ME directly, not my planner, despite clear instructions that all day-of communication should go through her, to say that the bar we reserved was suddenly unavailable and they would be bringing a different one instead.<br><br>Not only was this incredibly inappropriate timing, but their delays and lack of organization pushed our entire wedding timeline back and caused unnecessary chaos and stress on a day that was supposed to be joyful.<br><br>To make matters worse, the champagne wall itself looked poorly assembled and barely functioned. Guests were unable to properly take champagne from the wall as intended, so we ultimately had to have a server hand drinks out instead, defeating the entire purpose of the display.<br><br>Issues happen, but professiona
