Staff are rude and always canceling appointments last minute despite pestering me to confirm the night before

I'm very happy with the service I received. The staff was professional and friendly, and everything was explained clearly. Agnieszka, the hygienist, did an amazing job. She was gentle, thorough, and made the whole visit really comfortable. Highly recommend!
