  I've used Palermo's for several big occasions and have always asked to work with Leigh Ann. She is the best out there, so personable, knowledgeable and funny!<br><br>She really makes the process seamless. I tell her exactly what I'm looking for and she can match it no issue. Her communication is amazing and she always has great ideas. The cake flavors at Palermo's are phenomenal too!<br><br>Thank you as always!

  Michelle at Palermo's made our dream come true with the most perfect wedding cake! She worked with us for every little detail, and the delivery/set up at the venue was seamless. They worked with the florist to make sure the flowers on the cake and decor matched. Not to mention, the cake flavors were excellent!

  After attending a family wedding where the desserts were fabulous, we learned all was from Palermo's. The following year, we called upon this gem of a find for a bridal shower and a wedding cake for our daughter. The process was excellent, the cake tasting (upstairs private tasting suite) was perfect, the communication back and forth even better! The design team and ideas that the staff brought to us for the vision of the wedding was beyond what we were thinking. The process was so easy, the staff amazing, the delivery was perfect for both cakes and events. We took Olga's recommendations for the red velvet naked 4 tier cake for the shower, which was beautiful and delicious, looked like a piece of art! Everyone LOVED it! For the wedding we did a similar look but more traditional with fresh strawberries and whipped cream, it was massive and perfect. Many of the guests asked if they could take some of the cake home, which we were happy to since it was so much! We highly recommend using th
