    Had a disturbing rude experience here today. First I have came here for almost 14 years, before the new ownership. Today I went with my son (an adult) to get a wash. As we were checking out he was getting an air freshener. When the woman behind the counter gave me the total. I said "Did you get this"? tapping the freshener. With a very rude tone she replied "I SAID that the total". I went in confused tone "Okayyyyy". I looked at my son, who started paying attention. Then I paid and went to leave. I said "I am not coming back here again". I walked out, she called me back that I needed a pin & I handed my son the card & said just pay & let's get out of here. He came out & said she refuses to let me that I have to sign. I went back in & tapped & she said no more. My son said then asked why did I have to come back. It was obvious she did that on purpose. Then she had more attitude, phony smile. Do I want to talk to manager? She asked twice, so I said sure. She then got busy with next custo
