Couldn't think of a better place to train. Not only is the knowledge there from the trainers but they take the time to provide a quality workout and Dane is dope! Great guy with even greater skill! Go CFC!

Been working with Dane for over 2 years now and have improved my game exponentially. Combat sports are not easy. If you're willing to put in the work, Dane is not just a good trainer, but a great teacher. I would highly recommend you checking this gym out. Be up front and honest about what you want out of your experience and Dane will make it happen
