  Since having a baby I've suffered from chronic upper body/shoulder pain from carrying my daughter + breast feeding. I decided to try acupuncture at HM&B and it was the best decision I ever made. Not only has it improved my pain but has also alleviated the mounds of stress that comes with being a mom. I can't thank Roseanne and her team enough! Do yourself a favor and indulge in self care I promise it's worth it.

  The staff is very professional and welcoming. My 16 year old daughter and I go for treatment and it's a great way for her to learn about holistic medicine and self care. The office and treatment rooms are tastefully decorated that allows one to relax.

  Healthy Mind and Body Acupuncture succeeded where other treatments had fallen short. For nearly a year, I struggled with a stubborn hamstring issue that persisted despite physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, targeted exercise, and a variety of other modalities. While some provided temporary relief, none were able to fully resolve the problem.<br><br>Roseanne took the time to understand the root cause of the issue and developed a thoughtful, individualized treatment plan. During one recent session, we experienced what felt like a true breakthrough. With just a few precisely placed needles, the chronic tightness and restriction in my hamstring began to release in a way I had never experienced with any other treatment. It was both surprising and incredibly encouraging.<br><br>They have also recently incorporated assisted stretching into my care, which complements the acupuncture beautifully and has become an important part of my ongoing recovery.<br><br>What impressed me

  I am having a wonderful experience with my acupuncturist, Rosanne. The space is very pleasant and exceptionally clean, which makes me feel comfortable. Rosanne and her staff are professional and caring. Rosanne really takes the time to make sure I am relaxed throughout my sessions. I feel the best I've felt in months. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a calming and effective acupuncture experience.

  I feel both relaxed and energized after an accupuncture session with Rosanne, she has also helped relieve alot of sciatica pain, she really has a "magic touch"
