  This was our first time at this place, my son wanted a haircut similar to the last picture shown, he showed the picture of what he wanted to the lady and what he got instead was an awful haircut that looks like something done at a cheap hair salon, terrible, horrible, just awful haircut -I can't even describe how disappointed and angry he is that he has to go to high school with that awful look! Elite salon should train their staff and if they aren't capable of doing a style a customer is requesting they should let them know before ruin their hair. Absolutely ridiculous haircut-very poor job.

  I've been going to this salon for more than 5 years and couldn't recommend it more! The salon is beautiful, the service is always wonderful, and Marta is truly amazing. I trust her completely and usually let her decide what to do with my hair, and I'm always happy with the result. I also bring my daughters, and they absolutely love coming here too. We always leave feeling beautiful and well taken care of!

  My daughter received an uneven haircut and did not even get as little as an apology from Elizabeth. My daughter and I recently visited this salon in hopes of getting a haircut so her hair looks nice before she starts college. We came in last minute and was booked with Elizabeth. We saw that she had good reviews so we went for it. She started off with a thorough consultation, which eased our minds a little bit. As the haircut follows, she kept asking my daughter what she likes and not abiding by it. She kept telling my daughter that her hair won't be that short and that she would have a V-cut, which is what my daughter requested and likes. It was past her waist before this appointment and now it is at her mid back. She received the choppiest, careless haircut of her life. Elizabeth also refused to do a styled blowout on my daughter's hair when it is included with a haircut. I don't know why they hire people who are so incompetent.   I had such an amazing experience with Joey! My appointment today was for partial highlights and I didn't have exact pictures to show him beforehand, and he made it happen! Not only that but he gave me a nice bouncy blowout. He consistently checked in on me and gave me options along the way so I wasn't guessing so much while waiting for my hair to set. Personable and humorous. He made the highlights in my hair look like artwork. Would definitely come back here for all things hair in the future and I highly recommend this salon and Joey!<br><br>9/4/26 So amazing! Always understands what i want the result to look like and explains what hes going to do so there's no surprises. 10/10 highly recommend and can't give him enough credit. So glad I finally found someone i can trust with my hair
