  I met kris, the owner of Red Lad, through Thumbtack. He was professional, informative, and very easy to work with from start to finish. The team did an excellent job building my deck, and the quality of the work was outstanding. What impressed me most was kris's reliability..when I needed a few adjustments after the project was completed, he came back right away and took care of everything. Great communication, clean work, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Red Lad!

  **Outstanding craftsmanship and professionalism - 5 stars!**<br><br>Redladder, Christian, and their entire crew are absolutely exceptional at what they do. The level of professionalism and quality of work is the best I've ever seen. They are meticulous with every detail, and if you have any concerns or questions, they are empathetic to your requests and make it happen. Quality is never sacrificed despite the impressive speed at which this team works.<br><br>Our house is 125 years old, and our porch was likely just as ancient - it had definitely seen better days. There were gaping holes, and the original structure wasn't up to modern safety standards. With young children in the house, I couldn't compromise on their safety. Christian's assessment was fair and thorough, and he helped us deliberate on the best options. We ultimately decided to move forward with rebuilding the foundation of the porch and modernizing it with composite planking and stylish new columns.<br><br>As with any proj
