I used their service and the shop owner was super nice and considerate. He would give honest opinions on which knife needs to be sharpened and which doesn't. He doesn't suggest over-sharpening which makes the knife vulnerable. For the knife's that don't need significant sharpening, he still helped me clean them and slightly grind them to perfection as a courtesy. The service was absolutely fast and the interaction was like friends rather than customers and service provider. I would strongly recommend this shop to you.
