The classical versions of pop songs that played occasionally on the radio quite bothered me when they did.<br>They should really have more bread prepped beforehand so that they can bus it quickly to tables when people arrived, as when they rushed some bread to my family's table, a couple of slices weren't fully cooked.<br>This was partially a result of there being no pieces of bread by their washing station, which caused the rush of the bread when one of my party came back from the mens bathroom (which lacked the M on its door implied by the presence of a W on the other bathrooms door, and had quite sticky floors) having washed on his way back.<br>They quite like garlic, and seem to have a bit of it in everything, which is unfortunate when combined with the richness of the meat as there is nothing to counteract the overwhelming umami in the ribeye aside from water (which one has to ask to be refilled).<br>The carrot puree with the filet is spicy, which is not fully detailed in the menu

Awesome experience great steak , and the soup is amazing. And nice and calm when we were there.<br>Staff was super helpful as well.

ETC steakhouse is simply awesome! I highly recommend. The food is incredible! Their chocolate ribs are amazing!!! Highly highly recommend!
