rude and unprofessional, didnt end up hiring them to serve docs because of how they handled my call. (And btw I called on behalf of a law firm, I know how to do my job and last I checked asking for a quote is not asking you for legal advice, stop making up excuses for your employees unacceptable behaviour)

I had an interaction with representatives from this company that I found very unsettling. Communication on the phone was rude, and the in-person interaction was equally offensive.

This review is a bit puzzling. If we spoke by phone and later met in person, it's likely that service of legal papers occurred, which may be the source of your frustration. We respectfully ask that you not direct that frustration toward the messenger.
