We appreciate you pointing that out! To be honest, steam table dishes can start looking a little dry after lunch ends, but we always want your meal to be great. What time did you visit? We'd love for you to give us another shot during lunch hours so we can give you the delicious, fresh experience you deserve. Ask for the manager next time and I'll personally will take care of you.
