  We had a fantastic experience working with Diane! She is incredibly knowledgeable and was there to answer every single question we had. She truly looked out for our best interests--at one point, we almost bought a unit with serious basement problems, but Diane stepped in and called for a professional basement report even after the initial inspection. Because of her diligence, we avoided a huge mistake and found the perfect home instead. Her recommendations for our lender and attorney were also spot on. We highly recommend her!

  Diane was fantastic! She is kind, personable and listened to all of our wants, needs and concerns. She had our offer signed and ready to go when we toured the home I had already fallen in love with online. We submitted by the end of the tour and with her recommendation for an escalation clause we won the bid! The whole process was easy and smooth. Highly recommend.

  Thanks so much Jaclyn! You guys were so able to sign the paperwork before we got there. I had learned the day before that bids were due that day at 5:00 and we saw the home at 2:00.   Great real estate professional! Helped us tremendously!
