I am extremely dissatisfied with the Lyndhurst Water Department. Recently, I discovered that my water bill included unexpected extra charges. Despite my efforts to understand these charges, the department has provided no clear explanation or justification.<br><br>This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect fair and accurate billing, along with prompt and helpful responses to any inquiries. Unfortunately, my experience with the Lyndhurst Water Department has fallen far short of these expectations.<br><br>I urge the department to address these billing issues and improve their customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend their services to others
