Terrible delivery experience. The driver refused to complete the delivery despite everything being confirmed, and the customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. Totally unprofessional company.

Extremely Disappointing Delivery Service<br><br>I had a very disappointing experience with PavXpress. The delivery was scheduled in advance, my address was confirmed, and I specifically explained that I needed the item delivered to my home. I was assured that this would not be a problem.<br><br>When the driver arrived, he refused to come down my driveway and offered only curbside delivery, despite the fact that other large trucks have successfully used my driveway without any issues. The item was around 300 lbs, so leaving it at the curb was simply not a reasonable option.<br><br>When I asked to speak with a manager, the response was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to find a solution, the manager dismissed my concerns and ended the call.<br><br>The delivery was not completed and the item was taken back. Very poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend this company.

The Worst Freight Company<br><br>Absolutely terrible delivery experience. They confirmed my address and home delivery in advance, but when the driver arrived, he refused to enter my long driveway, claiming his 26-foot truck could not safely enter. Other 26-foot delivery trucks have had no problem using my driveway and even turning around.<br><br>The manager was extremely rude and hung up on me instead of listening to my concerns. They ultimately took the approximately 300-lb item back rather than delivering it as promised.<br><br>Very unprofessional, poor communication, and terrible customer service.
