I'm a very old seller, I just cancelled my Getida account after noticing there abused charges of $50.<br>Totally abused charges by charging a $50 when they have recovered only $1.51, they are just crazy.<br>Good by Getida

Getida have been great until a few months ago when they started charging a minimum of $50 per month. They did this without any notice. I have cancelled my account but they continue to charge this amount. Their live chat does not work. Their email addresses bounce. They seem to be a ghost but are still charging my credit card.

THEY LIED!!! They do not only charge you a percentage, but if that percentage total is less than $50, they will charge you $50 to meet their minimum income threshold! Do not believe it is ONLY a percentage of recovered money, which makes their service only beneficial to YOU for the first audit.

Same as 2 previous reviews... Getida recovered literally 16 cents for me their last check and are now charging a minimum fee of $50. $50 worth of work for 16 cents? Will be cancelling and moving to competitor for my Amazon business. Was nice while it lasted.

Cant recommend, support does not answer they charged my bankaccount without any invoice. Furthermore they want now a minimum charge of 50EU. There are better options on the market. Also be careful they charge stuff which was lost but destroyed by Amazon.

They made one case with Amazon for $2 (there was much more to do) then charged me $50. And this charge was nearly a month after closing the account. Tried to call customer service for 2 days but no answer from any department. Disputed.
