  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at The Vitamin Shoppe Store #0575 in East Rutherford, NJ.<br><br>My 78-year-old mother and I visited the store, and as we walked in, we were greeted by employee #35511, who asked if we needed assistance. I let her know that my mother might need some help while I went to look at the protein section.<br><br>My mother asked if Vitamins A and D were available and then continued by asking, "What is Vitamin A again?" Rather than responding with kindness or patience, the employee seemed visibly annoyed and inconvenienced by my mother's questions. Her tone and body language made my mother feel like she was bothering her instead of simply asking for assistance. Customer service should never make someone feel uncomfortable for asking questions.<br><br>The interaction became even more upsetting when we were checking out. My mother, who is hard of hearing and doesn't get out much, enjoys making small conversations with people. She asked the cas

  I ONLY SHOP AT VITAMIN SHOPPE ON 130 Rte 17 North, 130 NJ-17 #14, East Rutherford, NJ 07073 TO TALK TO LEE AND GET HER INPUT AND EXPERTISE ON PRODUCTS I WANT TO TRY OR HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT. LEE MAKES ME FEEL WELCOMED EVERY TIME WITH A BEAUTIFUL SMILE, KINDNESS AND A GREAT ATTITUDE. ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE, SHE ANSWERS WELL. LEE IS THE REASON I SHOP HERE AT THIS SPECIFIC VITAMIN SHOPPE.   Leigh the manager is amazing ! Her customer service is top tier surpassing what is expected . She makes you feel comfortable and like you are apart of a community. I don't know what this place would be without her! I go to vitamin shop often and I look forward to seeing her. She always gives the warmest welcome and helps you with everything !
