  Eric and Romy were amazing to work with from day one. I was happy that I selected them to sell a family house for my cousin. They are both very professional. Definitely real estate experts. They made the selling process easy. I highly recommend them. We also had some good laughs while working together.

  I can't say enough amazing things about working with Eric and the Wein Agency.<br><br>Eric's incredible knowledge of the Bergen Country real estate landscape is second to none. He is by far an expert in this field and I trusted him 100%.<br><br>When Eric suggested improvements we should do on my parents' house before putting it on the market...we immediately got the work scheduled. This extra work paid off because we got a great offer right off the bat.<br><br>Eric's connections to other realtors in the area also were invaluable because we didn't even have to go the MLS to get an offer. Eric just makes a call and people return his messages.<br><br>It was a joy to work with such an accomplished professional.

  Eric and the Wein Agency were amazing to work with! From the very beginning Eric was able to guide us in every step of the selling process. He went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. He was able to source an outstanding team when work needed to be done to prepare the house for selling. He understood our goals and needs. He was always prompt and professional! Above and beyond anything we ever could have hoped for to make the selling process smooth and easy. We are so glad we trusted Eric and the Wein Agency and we would absolutely use them again in the future.

  We had a great experience using Eric when finding and purchasing our home. We are first time homeowners and he was incredibly patient, personable and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I would 100% use his agency again in the future.

  We wanted to hire a realtor who could get us the best price for our home. Eric Wein did that and so much more. Managing the fine details involved in staging the house, scheduling showings, inspections, getting the paperwork in, etc can be a daunting task. Eric amazed us with his expertise, his clear, concise explanations, and his hands on approach. Everyone we dealt with in getting the job done knew Eric and were delighted when they heard who our realtor was. Kudos ranging from a "top professional" to "a great guy" were common. Anyone associated with this realtor were top notch. There were, what we considered to be, insurmountable hurdles to deal with and Eric took it all with ease and resolved whatever came up. We cannot tell you how pleased we were with how quickly our home sold, moving from "let's do it" to the closing. There was never a moment that we were left in the dark because Eric personally communicated with everyone involved in this task and double checked everything. Thank
