Matt Gashi was so helpful throughout my entire car search and purchase. He was never pushy and always patient with my many questions as a first time car buyer. The guys who walked me through the financing docs and car features at the dealership were also great. I live in Long Island but would go back here!

Subaru took one last attempt and were unable to resolve the issue, and management didn't check in to make sure this issue was resolved, as they promised. Total mess.<br><br>We've taken the car for service 4+ times for a slow leak on brand new tires and it is still not resolved, as the 3rd visit created a new issue with the tire gauge that was only a problem after their service. John at service has not returned either of my messages left with the office this past week, so we're now resorting to leaving this negative review. I have lost faith in this team and am looking for another Subaru service dealership to help resolve this. I'm truly feel I should send John an invoice for my time as we have had to take time off work on more than four separate occasions being that they cannot seem to resolve this issue.<br><br>Long version:<br>Routine service like oil changes, etc. all seemed to go smoothly here for the past few years. Recently they suggested that we update three of our Impreza tires

I had an amazing experience here! Ask for Olga! She helped me with a new lease, she let me test drive a couple models, she was very to the point, no nonsense quick with paperwork. She didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want! I asked prior to test drive a specific car and she got it to the location quickly, we were in and out in a few hours! Michael was quick and easy with the paperwork as well. He explained everything again no nonsense! Highly recommend!
