Kumon in Hasbrouck Heigjts very unprofessional speaking to parents and kids. Kumon suppose to help a child and not call unnecessary names to a child. If a child asking help, don't say you are to slow and don't belong in this place! Place should be shut down. Owner needs to go and take course speak to children and parents.

Education system is very good.But Jackson heights instructor behavior is very bad.she is a crazy woman .she misbehave with parents if parents ask something .

I contacted cooperate to let them know I was currently at one of their locations(had a scheduled appointment )and the center was not open and I had been waiting 30mins *just ridiculous* The customer service rep advised me to continue to wait and call back in 10mins if she still hadn't arrive...seriously! Who have time for that and I already been waiting 30mins......
