*** Very unprofessional experience and dismissive attitude<br>*** No follow-up after a disappointing result<br>*** Would not recommend<br><br>I purchased 20 Botox units via Groupon and confirmed in advance that a natural result was possible, just for one area (in early 30s and had achieved it elsewhere before). The result was uneven, leaving my forehead asymmetrical, and no proper follow-up was offered--instead I was told to purchase more units.<br><br>------------------------------<br>Update after their answer:<br>Instead of taking responsibility or offering an apology, the response blamed Groupon to justify an incomplete and poor-quality procedure, which is neither professional nor acceptable.<br>Thanks for confirming what I suspected all along that "You" didn't inject as "You" were supposed to do.<br><br>*** She handled the entire process alone from appointment to injection, so referring to "we" felt misleading. Basically just "she".

While this may have been sufficient in your previous experience with a different provider, each injector has their own technique and professional judgment when it comes to placement and dosing. Dr. Rayanne was great! She was so warm and welcoming and truly made my treatments as comfortable as possible. I got PDGF under my eyes and Sculptra in the smile lines. She was honest and did not try to sell me on other procedures just because. I will deff be going back.
