I began using Cleanspot when I moved to Hackensack. I had a dry cleaner I used for the better part of 12 years, but the distance is too great to make for this service.<br><br>I wanted so badly to give them 5 Stars, but I cannot. The staff is very friendly, they are professional, they are fast, BUT, in all three of my transactions so far, I have had garments returned to me with smashed, crushed and missing buttons - something that has never happened with my previous cleaner.<br><br>While they always repair or replace the buttons when I bring them in and mention it, it is a situation that I should not have to keep dealing with repeatedly. It is very frustrating to get dressed in the morning, and realize the shirt you want to wear is missing buttons - this is a type of quality control I feel should be handled prior to returning the merchandise back to its owner. I am hoping this issue can be addressed, as I truly like Cleanspot, but this is becoming a hassle that I am getting tired of dea
