Great business, I came for a walk-in appointment with my dog and they were able to groom him same day. The staff were very nice even with a reactive pet.

I called yesterday and easily got an appointment for the next day for my cat for grooming. The lady at the front is very kind and personable and she gave me lots of tips to care for my cat. My cat came back smelling great, her fur was fluffy and clean, and her nails were clipped. They even gave me a towel as my cat had peed in her crate. I've personally had good experiences here.

Great grooming place, I've been coming here for months. They are so amicable & were kind enough to put eye drops to my dog to alleviate his eye discomfort. Also relatively affordable compared to other places. They take great care of your dog I definitely recommend coming here!

I'm extremely disappointed with this place. It felt more like a car wash than a grooming service--they rushed everything and didn't show much care or attention to the dogs.<br>I specifically asked for a bath, a light trim around the face, and nail clipping. Instead, they cut all of Simba's hair, which was completely unnecessary. He is a puppy and didn't even have a single knot in his fur.<br>To make matters worse, they didn't trim his nails at all--one of the main things I requested--and still charged me $70, which is more than they usually charge.<br>Overall, they did not follow instructions, didn't provide the services requested, and didn't treat the experience with the care you'd expect. I would not recommend.
