  It's a nice place but nobody answer the phone and not upgrade at Google Maps schedule time. At Xmas was closed I called many times the day before to ask nobody answer the phone. Same as today called nobody answer so should have better costumer service.

  I can tell Google reviews are moderated carefully, and I'm simply sharing my honest experience as a customer.<br><br>Every time I came to this laundromat, I used the large washing machines. Whenever I selected the cold water setting, sometimes even the hot option, the water would only dispense for a few seconds at the beginning and then stop. Because of that, there wasn't enough water flowing to dissolve or carry the detergent into the load properly.<br><br>I noticed there is a sink in the back with two pitchers that customers can use to manually add water to the washing machines. To me, that seemed unusual. I've never been to another laundromat where I had to walk back and forth to a sink just to add water so my detergent would reach the clothes. At other laundromats I've used, the machines continue filling long enough for the clothes to become wet and for customers to add detergent without any problem.<br><br>I did bring this to an employee's attention. I asked why the machine wasn't

  I usually come here because its clean and quiet but the last two times of coming here washers dont fully wash the clothes . Sometimes there isnt enough water in the washer to wash the clothes like today . I came here because most people are at work rn. Not much people here. I choose two random washers and one of them hardly had water in it after paying. I put two stars and not one because the lady did physically put water in it to help. And stated she had to wait for her manager. Or wait until the cycle finishes to start another one on their dime. Unfortunately my time does not work like that and I have to go to work.

  Hi I saw you at the store <br>I explained the machine had sensors and everybody get the same amount of water . The screen was a little clogged and the water was coming in slower . There was no error or issue except the water was coming in slower . But if you feel other stores have better machines I suggest you try those stores . Dots a machines there will always be some issues but we come right away to fix it and adjust it

  I like coming here, but lately the parking outside of the laudry is very dirty. Now there is a lot of discomfort with the presence of a lady who intimidates by approaching all the people to ask for money. We speak to the lady who works there and they said they can't do anything. Please, I hope the owner will take action on this.

  Hi we clean the parking lot weekly <br>A lot of the garbage is from Pizza Hut or people throwing things on the floor . As for the lady we try to ask her not to do it . Again these are things not in my control.
