  I absolutely loved my experience at Dental Arts. I had ortho work done by Dr. T and I will be coming back for cosmetic work. I will forever recommend Dental Arts for anyone looking for a smile makeover!

  This office is not a good fit for busy working parents or anyone with a strict schedule.<br><br>I scheduled my appointment months in advance for 9:00 AM because I needed that specific time for childcare. Instead, my appointment time was changed multiple times. If you don't immediately call back after they change your appointment, they'll move it again without your permission. In my case, my appointment was changed several times and then moved a fourth time because I hadn't confirmed the previous change.<br><br>An appointment time should not be treated as tentative. Patients schedule appointments around work, childcare, and other commitments. If an office needs to make a change, they should ask for the patient's approval rather than repeatedly assigning new times.<br><br>This has happened to me on multiple visits, and even after accommodating schedule changes, there is often still a long wait once I arrive.<br><br>My daughters and I will be finding a dental office that respects patients
