  Most of the time the washing machines break down.. I noticed the garbage been placed outside on the floor from overflowing..people been spilling drinks on lobby floor and elevator and don't come out to clean their mess.. I've noticed a lot of people moving in and out from the building and it's not none of my business but I'm very concerned because I'm an elderly lady and with everything going on you just don't know I know management checks everyone's background but no one never knows..What I don't understand is why so much moving maybe rent raises..<br>I just want to add I've been with Ridgetop now for 16yrs and I've never had any problems I love the way they keep it up with the cleaning the building they really do an excellent job and having the building inspect with the fire department is my absolute favorite helps me feel safe I haven't changed my mind living here because compared to other management you're my NO# 1 for sure..

  So far, my experience here is excellent. My only concern is the recycling that has not been picked up in a couple of weeks

  Nice place to live.<br>on site superintendent was great and always available.<br>Management were great and always on top of things.<br>Only con was (I can only speak about my apartment) The above tenant seemed to stomp so we were able to hear when they moved around their apartment.
