Extremely disappointing experience<br><br>My experience with GB Engineering LLC was terrible. Communication was poor, accountability was practically nonexistent, and dealing with the company caused unnecessary delays, wasted time, and enormous frustration.<br><br>I gave them multiple opportunities to address my concerns professionally, but I received excuses instead of meaningful solutions. Based on my experience, I found their service unprofessional, unreliable, and far below what anyone should expect from an engineering company.<br><br>I strongly recommend getting everything in writing, documenting every interaction, and thinking twice before hiring GB Engineering LLC. I would not use this company again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

I am happy that someone referred me to GB Engineering for getting my home survey because I want to build a shed in my backyard since my town only takes survey within 10 years old when applying permit. Anyway, my initial call was answered by someone even after office hours. I was told it would take a few weeks because of COVID and things were backup. Once paperwork and deposit were in place, they called and then came at least a week earlier than expected and spent hours outside on my property to do their job. I just picked up my survey today and very happy with the work. They are professional and always keep in touch via email and phone. They told you what to expect upfront so there is no surprise. They are very responsible unlike some other companies which don't even return call.
