  I brought my 2-year-old son to this lab for routine blood work, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.<br><br>The phlebotomist appeared to have very little experience working with young children. During the blood draw, she repeatedly moved the needle in and out, even while my son was crying and screaming. I had to ask her to please stop because I was very uncomfortable watching him in that much pain. I agreed to allow a second attempt, but unfortunately, that stick was also unsuccessful. Still 3 hours later my son is still complaining of pain to both arms.<br><br>I understand that drawing blood from a young child can be challenging, but I expected someone with appropriate experience and a more gentle approach when working with toddlers.<br><br>Additionally, the facility itself had a very unpleasant odor. It smelled like mold and urine, which made the overall experience even more concerning.<br><br>I would not recommend this location for young children and hope manage

  Best service ever!!!<br>My son is Blind from being premature, his vain are calapesed,after multiple trys at doctors office they could not draw blood, the doctor suggested lab core in Lyndhurst.<br>Let me tell ya they are great there very accommodating to my son,and she drew blood on the first try!!!<br>To the lady that drew my son blood, Thank you ,Thank you, Thank you.<br>I didnt get her name as I was crying and so overwhelmed,and beyond HAPPY!!!

  This Lady called ISSIs, very great, super professional, without any pain, and did it very fast. Incredible. this branch is really better than other branches.

  The place itself is nice and clean, plenty of parking & fairly easy to drive to. However, the front desk receptionist who said her name was "Glevi" was rude upon entering the facility. I was just dropping off my special need's son specimen as I approached the window and told her this, she dismissively told me to check in. So I did with my credentials because it asked for my ID at the kiosk. She called me to the window a few minutes later and rudely told me I was supposed to register my son and not myself. Mind you, I had already checked prior to coming here and was told all o had to do was drop off, no appt or check in necessary-so I told her it was a simple mistake and she insisted I needed to register my son, not myself in which I repeated myself that it was a mistake with a stern voice. Once I stood my ground was when she changed her attitude & tried to be nice. Couldn't she have been nice and informative FROM THE BEGINNING!? It's not what you say, it's how you say it & she immediat
