  Amit Roy has done a great job with his training. I started training with him with no shape and body conditioning. His years of experience in training and great approach to nutrition based diet helped me achieve a great physique with minimal supplements. He taught me food actually is the secret to everything. I highly recommend Amit to anyone. If you want to learn how just regular food and controlling it can change your physique get in touch with him.

  Amit was an intense trainer in the best way. He pushed me hard every session and never let me give up, even when I thought I couldn't do more. His style felt very bodybuilder-focused, which challenged me both mentally and physically. I got stronger, and realized I was capable of way more than I thought. If you want real results and someone who won't let you quit on yourself, Amit is that trainer!

  Amit was my trainer for many years, thanks to him I transformed my body. He is patient, knowledgeable, and you text him anytime and he would respond so quickly. He's serious and at the same time very easy going. Unlike many other body builders, he cares and is very personable. Thank you Amit for teaching me and training me.

  Trained with Amit for a while, it was great learning from Amit about body building, nutrition and growth. Even with his vast experience, Amit is a humble person and understands people really well, Amit is also very punctual, honest and cares about clients very deeply. Loves pushing his clients through regrous workouts but he makes sure that every new session is stepping stone for a future session which is ideally what helps with growth in bodybuilding.
