  Matt is fantastic! He's straightforward, helpful, knowledge, and doesn't insert his opinion when not solicited.<br>He was here nearly EVERY DAY!!! (can't say that for some contractors) even on some weekends, was communicative, updating us at the end of the day with what the plans were for the coming days, notes on the progress etc. He offered to pick up/replace/purchase items from Home Depot or Lowe's.<br>His prices are fair, especially considering he shows up, is willing to drive wherever to get items, and he worked his tail off getting the job done even when it seemed like we were hitting speed bump after speed bump with some issues.<br>100% recommend. We're planning to have him back for our half bathroom and kitchen renvo within the next few months!

  Matt was recommended by someone who had done work for us so I gave him a call to install a railing going down to our basement. While he was here scoping out the job we decided to add a small plumbing fix and asked him to shore up a couple of staircases accessible from the basement. He said none of the work would be a problem and sent a very reasonable estimate. . He put down floor protection before starting, explained what he was doing while working and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. We are 100% satisfied with the job he did and wouldn't hesitate to call him again if needed.

  I recently hired Havricks Home Improvement to renovate my apartment bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Matt was extremely professional, worked efficiently, and made sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure the finished bathroom looked exceptional, and he was easy to communicate and collaborate with throughout the entire process.<br><br>Having worked with many contractors in the past and experienced various headaches and disruptions, this project was a refreshing change. Everything ran smoothly, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.   Matt and his crew did a fantastic job for my family member. Absolutely beautiful work and they were very good as they handled the elderly gentleman of the house! Wonderful experience!!!<br><br>My aunt who is very particular brought Matt and his crew in for a kitchen renovation. Since her brother had a great experience when his bathroom was done, she finally decided her 1979 kitchen could go.<br>What a great job they did! She is so happy! That's 2 for 2! She is telling all her friends to use Havricks Home Improvement!

  Matt is a great contractor to work with and we're not easy to impress! He just completed renovating our bathroom and his work was top notch, with attention to detail. He is very responsive, and promptly responded to our calls or texts. Nothing was too difficult for him and when we had questions or requested adjustments, he listened and made sure we were satisfied before moving forward. He went the extra mile, he cleaned up the area at the end of every day and was pleasant to be around.<br>We would hire him again without reservation.
