  I am leaving this review based on a direct, documented transaction involving agent Iskender "Alex" Yesilyurt and Broker of Record Mr. Tamburo.<br><br>Agent Iskender presented a $700,000 purchase offer on our home that was accompanied by a financial pre-approval letter that failed to cover the bid price, alongside contract paperwork riddled with omitted required terms and missing statutory disclosures. Presenting an unvetted offer as a bona fide bid induced us to pause negotiations with a legitimate $690,000 backup buyer.<br><br>When Iskender's client walked away immediately upon acceptance, our backup buyer had already moved on. This lack of basic administrative due diligence directly resulted in a $35,000 net loss on the sale of our home.<br><br>Even more concerning than the agent's work product is the complete lack of leadership response. I submitted a detailed written complaint outlining these procedural failures directly to the Broker of Record, Mr. Tamburo. Management has complete

  awful brokerage. their rental property 37 47th st weehawken nj is managed by.a terrible pm who is overcharging for units, giving leases a month after move in, and behaving inappropriately in a client tenant relationship.

  They have some of the most unprofessional agents I've ever seen at this office, Lourdes Nachum is a disgrace and a liability to this company. I highly advise against anyone doing business with Coldwell Banker Realty because of this agent's lack of professionalism and their conduct online.<br><br>EDIT 3/26/26: After posting this review, I've been harassed by both Lourdes and her husband Jeffrey Culp, spreading false information about me, attempting to post my home address online and threatening to sue me. On top of that, Jeffrey felt the need to message me pictures of my old license plate, let me know he is a former marine, stand your ground laws, etc.
