  Frank is great. He came to my house, looked over the job and gave me an extremely reasonable estimate. The work that was done by Frank and Louis was pristine - they went above and beyond to provide me with results that exceeded my expectations. And he's very personable, too. I am now having Frank and his crew demo and reno a room in my basement that has been neglected for too long. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Very highly recommended!!!

  I am so glad that I found Frank the handyman, he is the best. I had massive amounts of water in my basement, he cleaned all my gutters and downspouts, installed topsoil around the foundation of the house and waterproofed my basement. He came in the rain to make sure all my gutters and leaders were unclogged and working properly. I also had him paint my living room and hallway. I couldn't have asked for a better handyman and a great experience.

  Frank created this entry to my basement from the backyard. It's so much more convenient than my old, rotting Belco door. Several contractors were asked for ideas over the past few years, but Frank was the first to come up with a solution. Looks great and functions well.

  We had a great experience working with Frank and his team on our bathroom vanity installation. From start to finish, Frank was incredibly easy to work with -- he was responsive, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Miguel did an outstanding job with the installation. He was meticulous, careful, and clearly took pride in his work. He knew exactly what he was doing, worked efficiently without ever feeling rushed, and made sure everything was done properly. He also did a great job cleaning up afterward, leaving the space looking better than when he arrived.<br><br>We are extremely happy with the finished result and would highly recommend Frank and his team to anyone looking for quality, reliable work. We will definitely be using them again for future projects!

  My parents and I had the pleasure of meeting and hiring Frank the Handyman, LLC to add, update and/or change things all over the house. Frank (the owner) is a very knowledgeable and friendly handyman. He is prompt, precise and trustworthy. His crew is too. i already started making a new list of things Frank the Handyman, LLC is going to be hired to do. I would trust him/them with any work you need.   I needed to open up a basement wall and install an access door for the utility company to reach our meters. I got quotes from two other people first, but they didn't really seem to know how to handle the job. When I talked to Frank, it was night and day he knew exactly what to do and gave me a very reasonable quote.<br><br>His communication was great, responses were quick, and he got the job scheduled and completed remarkably fast. I'm really happy with the quality of the work. If you need any handy work done, I highly recommend Frank's services!
