The first time I went she did a great job, said she could fix anything. Fixed the front tip of my boot, no problem. Fixed the heel (that little piece that wears down) for 10.00 a pair. The next time I went in she charged 20 stating the prices went up and swore she hadn't recently charged 10. Ok fine, brought 3 pairs of shoes a week or so later and she stated she can't shorten boots, won't fix a clasp because I can just use it the way it is (impossible to buckle) and she won't fix the sole of a shoe.<br>Anyone can fix a worn heel bit and they do it for 8.00 a pair at most places.<br>If you don't fix shoes, what do you do?

Had my leather backpack repaired here a few years ago ( original straps were not attached well) she did a bang up job and I think... 4 years it's been, I'm still using the same backpack. I'll probably need to take it in again in a few months as they're finally starting to loosen a bit. But was very happy with work and price I paid.

Went in Thursday afternoon to get my Valentino heels top piece replaced. Was greeted by sweet lady who was super nice and agreed to get them fixed by Friday afternoon. They were replaced perfectly and I wasn't charged crazy amount for it either. Definitely will visit again in the future.

Owner is a sweetheart! The inside lining on my shoe was peeling off. She fixed it on the spot and made some very helpful recommendations for keeping the longevity of my shoes. Thank you!!

Shes absolutely adorable, she knows her line of work , she works with you , she very welcoming !!! Like me casa es su casa atmosphere!....i actually have to call her , my wife wants her purse fix . So i gave her 5 star , she treat me amazing , i so happy when i left and i didnt even get my item fixed yet ....lol .....
