Began my formation with Reiki 2008 and became a Reiki Master / Teacher in 2014. And then started my formation in Reflexology in 2017. Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the Face, Ears, Hands and Feet. These points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them creates real benefits for the person's health. Reiki is a meditative practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes a positive mental state through gentle touch.

I highly recommend Carmo for Reiki and Reflexology therapy. I had a very calming and positive experience my first time seeing her and have continued on a regular basis. She took her time to understand what i was feeling and approached the session with care and professionalism. I left feeling more balanced and refreshed. I would definitely recommend Carmo to anyone looking to reduce stress and reconnect with themselves.

I absolutely loved my experience with Carmo. The energy was extremely positive, and I left my refloxology session feeling relaxed and rejuvinated. I learned so much about reiki healing and have new relaxation tips in my toolbelt that I will be sure to bring with me. As someone without much knowledge about reiki or refloxology, the experience was newbie-friendly and welcoming. She took the time to thoroughly answer all questions I had. Cannot wait to come back!

The minute I walked in, I felt comfortable and good energy. Carmo is awesome, the breathing and relaxation tips are helping me on a daily basis. She is understanding and her expertise is clearly felt through the whole reiki & reflexology sessions. Definitely returning and I will be a regular. Thank you for the great experience.

I've had reflexology sessions with Carmo before, which were always wonderful, but this time I decided to try Reiki for the first time. She was so kind and patient, and took the time to talk with me beforehand to understand how I was feeling and what areas needed attention. She offered thoughtful advice and really made me feel supported. The session itself was very calming, and even though I didn't know what to expect, I felt a strong surge of energy around my head while she was working (I was truly not expecting to feel anything physical and knew very little about reiki) so that was interesting! Almost a week later, I still feel more motivated, clear, and energized. Carmo has such a peaceful presence and shares her wisdom in such a grounded, helpful way. I'm really grateful for the experience. I highly recommend a session with her to anyone looking to release mental and internal "blockages".

I always feel so relaxed after my session with Carmo. She really takes her time to hear what you're going through and give you tips to help you. I have been doing both reiki & reflexology. I can feel the energy moving and flowing more each time.

5 stars all around- location, ambiance, the care and time Carmo dedicates to my visits, and the reiki and reflexology she provides.<br><br>Her space is very comfortable and relaxing. Carmo takes her time before she start to perform reiki and reflexology, to see what is going on in my life, discuss life stressors, and how my body/mind is adapting to challenges. I never feel rushed and I always feel like she genuinely cares. She also has a great memory and remembers what we have spoken about in the past.<br><br>Carmo has also given me grounding exercises and taken the time to help me with my breathing to use in my every day life which I have benefited from.<br><br>The reiki and reflexology take me to a place I have never traveled before. Every time is a different experience but I always feel more grounded, centered, relaxed, and have more clarity when we are done. I sleep better, can think more clearly, have more energy in days/weeks that follow, and feel a sense of peace.<br><br>Followi
