  Have had hundreds of great experiences here until tonight. I got to the store 1 minute before closing, I acknowledge I was cutting it close but I did enter before 7:30 closing. One staff member was ready to help me ship the package I needed sent out until "Juan" with the mullet and a bunch of face and lip piercings came and aggressively told me to leave, the register is closed and that he needs to go home. I understand that days are long and dealing with the general public is exhausting but if I get there before closing, why can't I send a package? This review is for whoever runs this store - your staff is losing you money and package volume while turning off a local customer from a business they have frequented and always enjoyed patronizing. Please sit down with your staff and tell them if they are going to deny paying customers, you should find another line of work.

  Absolutely five stars. My experience at this UPS Store was exceptional thanks to Lee. I arrived a little unprepared with two returns, and Lee handled everything with outstanding kindness, patience, and professionalism. The willingness to help made the entire process so much easier, and I truly appreciated the extra time and care that was given to me. That level of genuine care and customer service is rare and truly appreciated. Lee is a wonderful representative of this location and the kind of person who makes customers want to come back. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful visit into such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
