Update 2... 8/30/26<br><br>This place went from 5 stars to less than 1 in all the years I've been renting here.<br><br>Metro Storage Staff were top notch and exceptional and understanding of the needs of their customers, the new Manhattan Mini Storage Managment, not so much.<br><br>Rent increases of at least 30% or more every few months, potholes that make leaving the storage facility like navigating a landmine field, broken garage doors, which make it impossible to move large items unless you want to navigate in the parking lot, broken elevators, and a bathroom that could actually use cleaning.<br><br>I was told for years the potholes exiting their facility were in "the process" of being repaired. Mind you, it's the ONLY way to exit their facility.<br><br>The Regional Manager blamed Toyota across the street, instead of coming up with a better solution. Mind you, this was after I called to complain about a 33% rent increase.<br><br>I was offered a $10 credit.<br><br>When I decided to f

Always getting worse, prices always going up.<br><br>I showed up tonight to take items out of my storage units and all three elevators in the building were out of service.<br>Ever since this building got acquired by Manhattan mini storage the quality of the facilities have gotten worse every month, and prices keep just going up. There are no longer any push carts available in the main entrance. There's always at least one elevator broken, and the road to the storage unit is constantly full of potholes.<br>I understand the road is the town's responsibility, but you would think as the only business utilizing that road the facilities would get it taken care of.<br>The faculty is clean, but prices just keep going up. Not worth it - don't rent here.

Very convenient location and good spots to park. Aliya at the front desk provides great customer service.The facility is also very clean.
