Don't waste your money. This law firm spends more time delaying your hardship and demanding more money then actually helping you. He sees who is an easy target and goes after them. Instead of filing the proper documents he spends his time replying to bad reviews. Save yourself, these attorneys are a dime a dozen. writing under an alias to avoid the phone calls telling me to delete this.

I really enjoyed talking with John, he's an intelligent man. Unfortunately they did nothing on my case. I contacted them and retained his firm in November 2023 when I realized there was a default judgment entered in October of 2023 against a property I owned in Jersey City NJ where all notices were going to a property I no longer resided in. Instead of handling or trying to vacate the default, he claimed the judge wouldn't consider it. Throughout the process John seemed far more concerned with what the judge would think than in vigorously defending my case. John then used the two 30-day automatic stays NJ provides, right away, promising me an application for a NJ homeowner rescue program he never properly determined I could qualify for. In May we did apply for the program and John got the judge to hold off on further action but this is after essentially no advice on what I needed to do, timeline, and risks. Cheryl, your statement that our firm "did nothing" on your case is simply false. When you retained our firm in November 2023, a foreclosure judgment had already been entered against you, the lender's filings reflected approximately $180,000 in arrears, and a sheriff's sale had already been scheduled for January 4, 2024.
