  I'm an honest reviewer, who's gone through this agency several times for different reasons, over the course of a couple of decades. There will always be that handful of people that make things much worse than they actually were/are. I haven't had 100% positive experiences from there, but I have gotten what I've wanted & needed... with minimal negativity. For the most part, just about everyone I've come into contact with there, have been helpful in one way or another. I'm sure everyone hasn't had my experiences, but from what I've personally witnessed throughout the many years, is that things can go left quickly. Especially, when the client has to be right just about everything, feel entitled due to a disability or situation, be plain rude, or they expect immediate results. The list is long. I've had fellow clients ruin my experience, because they can't control themselves. As I've said... These are MY experiences.

  This is the one of the worse places to go for job assistance. They barely help and redirected me to a special needs department which I didn't need. Never coming back to this place again.
