  I contacted Armando from New Era General Construction, after hearing really good things about his work from my local group. He came in and gave us an estimate which was reasonable for the work. He was very professional at every step of the way. He completed the work on time and his craftsmanship was very neat and clean. We loved his work and the finished project. He completed the project on time. We would surely contact him for any future construction job we may have.

  I highly recommend New Era Construction. They do excellent work in a timely manner. Very easy to work with Armando and Eduardo. Will use them again in the future.

  Armondo has always been responsive, timely, and always meets all commitments. Costs are very reasonable and all work is performed with expertise. Clean up is exceptional!

  New Era Construction is far and away the best contractor our family has ever hired. Amazingly, the owner is honest; this is the first contractor we've ever met who actually, repeatedly, tells the truth. The work was very professional, and completed on time. The craftsmanship and honesty were outstanding. The price was right. If the homeowners very clearly convey their expectations, they will never be disappointed. Our family hopes to hire New Era Construction next time their assistance is needed!

  They came in with a very high price to paint my apt. but not the bedroom because it was recently painted. My gut told me to reject the quote but I went ahead anyway. Armando seemed very nice. After they finished the job, the bathroom ceiling paint started to peel in some places. I called Armando back to take a look and they painted again. Then the same thing happened again. I called Armando again but this time he said it was not his problem, that something must be going on in the wall. He hung up quickly saying he would call me back which he never did. I tried calling him but he didn't answer. So I reached out to my co-op board and they sent one of their workers. The problem was flat paint was used on the bathroom ceiling. The gentleman used my leftover semi-gloss and the ceiling then and now is perfect. Shame on you, Armando. Your word to me about calling me back is meaningless.

  We highly recommend New Era General Construction. We've worked with Armando twice over the past year and both times we were very pleased with the outcome! Quality work, reasonable prices and they're very neat! We will definitely use New Era for future projects.
