  While my car is being serviced, I tried using the shuttle service for the first time. However, I've been waiting over 41 minutes to be picked up, and at this point I honestly wish I had just taken a Lyft.

  Premium service. Once you order with a staff in an office in the back half-basement level of the building, they never ever call you though they say they'll call me when they get a part.

  I had brought my car in for regular maintenance and I noticed that my front windshield was cracked after the valet returned the car from the complementary carwash. When I showed him the crack, he diverged the matter Tom, the Operational Manager. After a few minutes of conversion, during which Tom tried to convey his POV, he said the magical sentence: "We are going to take care of it". And they / he did.<br>They needed two weeks to get all the parts and schedule an appointment with an external window repair company but everything was taken care of.<br>They offered me a loaner car, a better and nicer one than my one....and the window was replaced within a few hours.<br>This was such a wonderful experience that I highly recommend this dealership their service team to anyone.<br>Thank you very much Tom! It was a unfortunate thing to happen but it was handled beyond expectations.
